We have a date. We have a partner at the U. The City of EL is on board. Looking into taking the route into Lansing and adding a few more waypoints...
Be patient for crying out loud. MSU has a few rules that seem to be pushing us to hold the event in the Spring. Ahh, government bureaucracy. Not really. MSU has rules. We are trying to follow them. Sort of. Well, maybe not. But hopefully they will see our side. Otherwise, we might be launching canoes from behind a frat house on Grand River. I should probably ask them about that... We submitted the forms to MSU. We need to get a departmental account number. Paul, Anthony... we need you. Forms enroute to the MSU people. Route being locked down. Registration almost ready. This race is rounding right into form. We are putting the forms together to submit to MSU for this to move forward. We should have everything submitted by the end of the week and will be opening the registration by the end of next week. Stay tuned. |
